THE SECRET:
Add
an additional 3 tbsp of sugar and sprinkle a little on top before
baking to get tasty sweet scones.
You can also add cheese, raisins, craisins, or any other dried fruit.
You can include fresh fruit like blueberries or
strawberries but you'll need to add more flour to compensate for the
additional moisture.
These
should be eaten within the first 24 hours or freeze them to keep them
pillowy soft.
Serve
it warm with a little homemade jam.
